Administrator Reports

There are a set of Reports available to Administrators to view the Learning activity and Course enrollment information for the entire organization.

The Reports section is divided in two subsections, namely Learners and Courses.

Learners

In the Learners report, administrators can view the enrollment summary and past 7 days of activity of the learners of the organization.

Viewing learners enrollment summary

Click on the Summary menu to view the course enrollment summary of all the learners assigned to various courses across the organization. The administrators can view the name, department, count of assigned, self-enrolled, and completed courses, and the last login date of the learners. Also, the total count of learners, mentors, and course assignments in Skill Lake are displayed. You can filter the learner’s enrollment summary report using the filters, learner name, department name, count of assigned courses, self-enrolled courses, completed courses, and date of the last login. Click on the Export button to export the learner enrollment summary report in excel format. You can communicate with your learners using the email ids you get while exporting the report to excel.

Click on the Filter icon to search the learner enrollment summary report based on the department and reporting manager of the learners.

Viewing learners past 7 days’ activities

Click on the Activity menu to track the last 7 days activity of all the learners in the organization. The administrators can view the name of the learner, course assigned, percentage of completion, and last access date of the course. You can filter the report using the filters, learner name, course name, percentage of completion, and last accessed date. Click on the Export button to export the learner’s past activity in excel format. You can communicate with your learners using the email ids you get while exporting the report to excel.

Courses

In the Courses report, the administrators can view the enrollment summary and learner enrollments of the courses at the organizational level.

Viewing enrollment summary of the courses

Click on the Summary menu to view the enrollment summary for all the courses The administrators can view the name, category, count of learners at various stages – courses completed, in progress, yet to start-, and total learners enrolled. Also, the total count of self-paced courses, and instructor-led courses available in Skill Lake will be displayed on the top.

You can filter the course enrollment summary report using the filters, course name, course category, count of completed, in-progress, yet to start status, and total courses enrolled. Click on the Export button to export the course enrollment summary in excel format.

Click on the Filter to search the course enrollment summary report based on the category, type, and level of the courses to which learners of the organization have enrolled.

Viewing learner enrollments(detailed)

Administrators can click on the Learners menu to track the learner’s enrollment for a particular course in Skill Lake. They can view the name of the learner, department, enrolled by person, enrolled date, overdue status, course status, progress percentage, count of tests passed, and last viewed date. You can filter the course learner enrollments report using the course name, learner name, department, enrolled by, enrolled date, overdue status, course status, progress percentage, count of tests passed, and last viewed date. Click on the Export button to export the learner enrollments for the courses in Excel format.

Click on the Filter to search the report based on the department, status, learning activity, and period of the courses.

Learning Plan

In the Learning Plan report, the administrators can view the summary of learning objectives created for the learners.

Viewing learning objective summary of the learners

Click on the Summary menu to view the summary of the learning objectives created for the learners. You can filter the learning plan summary report using the filters, learner name, department, reporting manager, and last updated date. You can also filter using the count of the learning objectives created, ongoing status, completed status, and items. Click on the Export button to export the report in excel format. You can communicate with your learners using the email ids you get while exporting the report to excel.

Knowledge areas

In the Knowledge areas report, the administrators can view the knowledge area summary of the learners.

Viewing knowledge area summary of the learners

Click on the Learners menu to view the current level of the knowledge areas of all the learners. The default view of this report groups the users by the department and job title and provides their current knowledge area levels. The required level is shown at the top of the group for reference. Scroll horizontally to view all the knowledge areas.

You can also filter the report by the department and/or job title to see a filtered list of learners.
